The Customer has the right to return items purchased on www.cashandco.it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the items, without incurring any penalty. To correctly exercise the right of return, the following conditions must be respected:

• Items must be returned unused, worn, washed or damaged.

• The product identification tag must still be attached to the item along with the warranty seal.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging or in equally sturdy packaging, including any accessories.

The items must be shipped to Tylù Srls , via Liguria, nr. 4, Città di Castello, 06012 (PG) – ITALY, via a single shipment by courier, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the items. Once the returned items are received, the sales contract will be cancelled and all related obligations, rights or claims will be forfeited. However, if the returned items are damaged, Tylù reserves the right to retain the amount already paid by the customer and return the damaged products.

Once the return has been verified as compliant with the above conditions, Tylù will send a confirmation via email to the customer and will proceed with the refund to the credit institution or PayPal within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the return. The crediting times depend on the credit institution or PayPal and are not under the control of Tylù. The refund will be made exclusively to the customer who made the payment.

If the return conditions are not met, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. In this case, the customer may, at his own expense, request the return of the item, it being understood that, if not requested, Tylù reserves the right to retain the item and the amount received.
