1. Acceptance of the Order
Orders placed by the Customer are binding for Tylù only after the latter has sent the confirmation by email. Tylù reserves the right to refuse the order or accept, at its discretion, changes requested by the Customer, provided that such changes arrive before shipping.

2. Availability of Items
In the event that one or more items in the order are not available (even temporarily), Tylù has no obligation to supply them. In this case, the Customer will be informed of the unavailability and will be refunded the relative amount.

3. Completion of the Contract
The sales contract will be considered perfected with the written confirmation of the order sent via email by Tylù .

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

Delivery will take place at the address indicated by the Customer, which must be within the country selected for shipping. Delivery costs and times vary according to the area, with a maximum of 7 days . If delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Tylù , the Customer will be informed of the new expected date.

7. Refusal of Delivery
Tylù has the right to refuse, suspend or cancel delivery or fulfillment of obligations arising from the contract in the event of non-fulfillment by the Customer of obligations arising from previous or ongoing contracts with Tylù .
